" Roberto was born in La Linea de la concepcion in 1976, where he still lives. The town is at the tip of southern Spain in Andalucia, just a few hundred metres from the famous Rock of Gibraltar

His first camera was inherited from his father when he was only 8 years old.

Though he studied to become an accountant, Roberto loves photography and is a member of the ‘ Union Fotografico Colectiva de Algiciras ( UFCA) were has been on several courses involving Press, studio and lighting, Commercial, fashion and night photography.

He identifies with the world reknown Spanish photographer Ramon Masats and the picture that most impresses him is that of Nik Ut, the famous picture taken during the Vietnam war. (see)"
